Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 20, 2025

We at Nurturing Environment Stewardship Trust (N.E.S.T.) are committed to making our website, neststewards.org, accessible to people with disabilities. We strive to ensure all visitors, regardless of ability, can engage with our content, services, and mission with ease and dignity.

What Web Accessibility Means

An accessible website allows individuals with disabilities to browse, interact, and engage with the site at the same level of ease and understanding as all other visitors. This is accomplished by designing for screen reader compatibility, intuitive navigation, keyboard access, appropriate contrast, and other assistive technologies.

We are actively working with these providers and seeking alternatives when necessary to ensure an inclusive experience for all.

Accessibility at Our Physical Locations

N.E.S.T. does not yet have public-facing physical locations or service centers. However, future on-site community habitats will be designed with accessibility as a core priority. Planned accommodations include:

ADA-compliant pathways and ramps throughout public areas

Clearly marked signage with large print and visual symbols

Adaptive rest areas for individuals with mobility or sensory sensitivities

Low-stimulation zones for neurodivergent guests

Accessible parking spaces and drop-off areas

Assistance-friendly paths for those using guide animals or wheelchairs

Updates to these efforts will be posted on this page as facilities are developed.
